Sam Worthington in Dracula Year Zero 27 Jan 10

Sam Worthington is in negotiations to star in Dracula Year Zero to be directed by Alex Proya. The movie will be based on a spec script by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless and will return to the origins of Dracula, depicting him as “a flawed hero in a tragic love story set in a dark age of magic and war. 

You can currently see Worthington starring in James Cameron's Avatar exclusively at all Empire Theaters.
