Daredevil set for a Reboot 8 Feb 10

The Marvel comic book, which originally debuted in 1964, is now set for a reboot. Screenwriter David Scarpa has been hired to write the new movie. The original story follows Matt Murdock who is left blind as a child after being involved in a bio-chemical accident which leaves him with superhuman senses. When his father is killed, he adopts the Daredevil persona and seeks revenge against those responsible for his murder. The 2003 movie starred Ben Affleck as the “Man Without Fear” alongside Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Michael Clarke Duncan as The Kingpin and Colin Farrell as Bullseye.
