Kevin Costner will star in Learning Italian to be directed by Kevin Reynolds. The spy comedy casts Costner as CIA agent stationed in a coastal Italian town where it is his job to keep an eye on a KGB operative also living there. When the two are called home by their respective agencies, they devise a fake threat that will allow them to stay. The project will be the third collaboration between Coster and Reynolds. They last worked together in 1995 on Waterworld.
